HEATING SYSTEM TUNE-UP / INSPECTION
A professional tune-up helps identify safety concerns, support dependable operation, and keep your system working efficiently.
- Visual inspection of the heating unit
- Complete heating-system safety check
- Adjust burner controls and ignition system for optimum efficiency
- Clean or replace fuel and air filters
- Clean or replace fuel nozzles

MAPLETON OIL COMFORT GUARD PLAN
Comfort Guard is designed for eligible customers who purchase their annual fuel supply from Mapleton Oil. The plan can help cover repair or replacement of listed furnace and boiler parts that become defective through normal use and wear.

IMPORTANT PLAN TERMS
- The initial inspection is completed at the owner’s expense before a contract is issued.
- The plan is available only to customers purchasing their annual fuel supply from Mapleton Oil.
- Upgrades required to bring equipment into approval are not included.
- Contracts renew annually at the prevailing rate unless prior written notice is given.
- Full payment is due within 30 days of billing; past-due contracts are canceled.
- A refund may be issued within 30 days after renewal only when no service has been performed.
- Coverage is void if anyone other than a Mapleton Oil technician services or replaces covered equipment.
SERVICE LIMITATIONS & ACCESS
- Annual tune-ups are performed during regular business hours and must be scheduled by the customer.
- No credit or carryover is issued when service is not performed.
- Charges may apply for missed appointments or when technicians cannot access equipment.
- Vacant or unattended homes are not covered.
- After-hours, weekend, and holiday no-heat calls are billed as emergency service.
- Emergency billing includes calls caused by un-replaced fuses, thermostat batteries, tripped breakers, or an emergency switch being off.
- Technicians may refuse unsafe or unsanitary locations, blocked equipment, substance use on premises, unrestrained animals, intimidation, or threats.
